Calling all music lovers--this next Choices book is for you! Let's tune in with the book team about Along Came Treble (ACT): What awaits us in this opportunity of a lifetime?

Bre: In this book, we'll be hitting the road for an epic, cross-country music tour to secure your status as the next up-and-coming manager at your record label. The only problem? The client you're managing isn't known for being well-behaved. You'll have to brave the cutthroat world of the music industry and keep them in line to prove yourself.

We're up for a challenge--can you tell us a little about our primadonna love interest?

Bre: Cai was part of a singing group as a teenager until they went solo and hit it big, but recently they've been more well-known for their antics than their music. Luckily, the passion is still there, it's just going to take someone special to bring it out of them.

Jay: And let me just say, the art team did such a good job with Cai's look! I'd like to steal their offstage outfit, thank you!

We can't wait to see Cai! Is there anything players can look forward to and should keep in mind when playing ACT?

Jay: Taking this opportunity to shout out the writers for all the work they did crafting the lyrics in this book. It takes quite a bit of extra effort to add those touches in and you can tell they had a lot of fun!

Bre: The best advice here is that there's no such thing as a friend in the industry. After all, betrayal doesn't come from your enemies.

Noted! Can you treble us for some of your favorite moments upon creating this new story? 

Bre: Aside from writing, the most fun part of this book was the research. I'm a pretty big music fan, so diving into tour footage from the greats was right up my alley.

Jay: Making sure Cai's tattoos stayed on when we changed his outfits was kind of an ironic challenge.

I can only imagine. Alright, last Q: If you could manage any band or singer, who would you pick?

Bre: I'd go back in time and manage Destiny's Child just to watch Beyonce's meteoric rise in real-time.

Jay: Like Bre, I'd also like to go back in time, but I'd rather be a backup dancer for someone like Michael Jackson!
