Welcome to Series Entertainment Inc.(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)! Through the Site, we provide sales and marketing information about our company, our products, and our technologies (such information, together with the Site and the Game, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data (defined below) we collect in connection with the Services, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices. 2. CHILDREN
Our Services are intended for an adult audience. Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal Data to Company through the Services please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases. This is in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
3. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) as follows:
Personal Data You Provide. We collect the Personal Data that you choose to provide us when you contact us for support via the contact form on our Site. This may include your name, email, platform, device model, country, and any other Personal Data you provide. When you submit an application through the Site we collect whatever Personal Data you provide including your full name, email, location, work experience, work eligibility, and resume. If you send us an email, your email address, and any information that you include in your communications to us. If you sign up for our Choice Insiders email newsletter, we’ll collect your email address.
Automatically Collected Information. When you visit, use, and interact with the
Services, we may receive certain information about you, your visit, use, or interactions.
For example, when you play the Game, we collect and process your device IDs such as unique device ID, serial number MAC address, or Android device identifier. We collect other device information such as your language settings, country code, and carrier. In the Game, we may collect your unique in-game ID, your platform ID, username, and usage details such as information about the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use, the actions you take, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. We also collect advertising IDs such as Apple ID for Advertising and Google Play Ad ID.
When you visit the Sites we collect information through cookies and other similar technologies (see below), such as information about your device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, and the resources that you access and use on or through the Site.
Cookies: We use cookies to operate and administer our Site, gather usage data on our Site, and improve your experience on it. Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals: We and our third-party service providers, including Facebook, may use cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Site and use that information to send targeted advertisements. Third-Party Information Collection Through the Services: Some features of the Services are served by third parties (“Third-Party Services”). When you use the Services, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties include: the gaming platform you use in connection with our Game, our analytics providers, our cloud storage provider, the email and social media platforms that you use to create or authenticate your account, our email marketing providers, and support ticketing providers. When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we may also collect Personal Data that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.
Links to Other Websites: The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Company, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. 4. Our Legal Bases For Processing Your Information (For Residents of the UK/EU)
When we collect or otherwise process any of your Personal Data, we do so in reliance on the following legal bases:

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

In certain circumstances we may share the categories of Personal Data described above without further notice to you, unless required by the law, with the following categories of third parties:
● Vendors and Services Providers: To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share Personal Data with vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud services, and other information technology services providers, email communication software and email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, payment processors, customer relationship management and customer support services, and analytics services. 7. WHERE, HOW AND HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We store all Personal Data securely in the US using third-party vendors who implement industry standard security measures. All data is encrypted in transit using transport layer security (TLS). By using the Services, you authorize us to receive, process, transfer, and store your information in and to the United States.
We keep your information only for the length of time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected. For example, if you sign up for our newsletter we maintain your email address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If you have an account with us, we will retain the Personal Data associated with your account for the lifetime of your account and for a reasonable period of time thereafter if necessary. If applicable laws require us to store your information for a longer period, then we will keep your information for the period required by law. When it is no longer necessary or required for us to retain your data, we will delete it.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure by partnering with third parties who use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Please note however that the Right to be Forgotten is not an absolute right. The Right to be Forgotten only applies to the following types of Personal Data that are held by us at the time of the request:

Shine the Light. Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, ( the "Shine The Light" law), California residents who use the Services may request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of Personal Data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared Personal Data in the immediately preceding calendar year. Minors. California residents who have an account with us and who are under 18 years of age have the right to request deletion of any data that such users post on the Services, if any.
