How do I get more Diamonds?

Keep playing! Diamonds are awarded whenever you complete a chapter for the first time. 

How do I get more Keys?

Players have a soft cap of 2 Keys. If you have less than 2 Keys, a timer will begin. After 3 hours, you'll get a new Key automatically. Play often to make sure you get the maximum number of free Keys.

I bought Diamonds/Keys and they aren't showing up! What gives?

Sometimes communication between our servers and our partners can hiccup. Most of the time, all you have to do is wait. If your purchase went through, your purchased items will be awarded soon.

In a very small number of cases, there could be a bigger problem. In this case, you should contact customer support here: support@pixelberrystudios.com

Can I trade Keys for Diamonds?

Not directly, no, but you can earn Diamonds by playing chapters which cost Keys.

Why do you need me to sign in with Facebook?

You can play without signing in to Facebook, but Facebook sign in is required to share your save between devices (including iOS to Android, on vice versa).

Why can't I play the game in other languages?

Sorry, Choices is only in English for now. We hope to add other languages in the future.

I sent you guys a message! How come you haven't answered yet?

I've played everything! When are new books coming out?

Check back often! We're constantly updating Choices with new content.

I made the wrong Choice. Can I restart?

You can restart a book by pressing the Restart button (a circular button with an arrow) on the main page for the book. Your progress will be reset, but any premium choices you've made will be saved.

I want to replay a specific chapter. How do I do that?

Currently, players cannot replay individual chapters, but this is functionality we hope to add sometime soon.

I reinstalled Choices and I lost some of my game data!

Choices is saved all the time locally, but there can sometimes be a delay when saving to the server. If you delete your local game and then restore it, or switch between devices, you may sometimes lose a small amount of progress. Premium choices are saved to the server immediately.

Why is there no sound?

There should be! Choices is better with sound. To check your sound:

Tap the gear icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open the game's SETTINGS. Make sure that the AUDIO button is on.

You should also make sure that your device is not muted by checking the sound toggle on the left side of your device. Also make sure that the volume on your device is turned up.

The game is asking which version of the game I want to play. Should I choose the server or the device game?

You should always choose the game that has the most recent data.  If they are the same, choose the "device game".
